Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. We also suggest reading the descriptions under the products, for a more precise fit. Some items will let you know what size suggestion is best. If you're still on the fence, simply email us for more help! If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up/down depending on your fit preference.

Are your items stretchy or compressive?

We provide a detailed description of the items fabric content and wear. We alos go above and beyond on our socials in reviews to provide the best online experience so that you are happy with your product.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style by letting us know. Please check out our returns and exchanges here.

How long does a pre-order take?

Pre-orders are a minimum production time of 5 weeks. That does not include ship time. We do update by email and socials on how the orders are coming along. Pre-orders cannot be returned once received, as they are a "made-for-you" item.

What if I use a payment installment provider (Shop Pay, Afterpay, etc.) on a pre-order?

If you use a payment installment provider to purchase a pre-order item, you will be charged before your item arrives. This is because installment providers process payments automatically and do not recognize that your item is a pre-order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are 5 week minimum production time as a made-for-you item. After confirmation of purchase you will be informed on the start of your pre-order. You are made aware you are purchasing a pre-order at check-out detailing the length of a pre-orders production and ship time. Pre-orders are final sale. Pre-order items will also be noted on your confirmation page stating which items are pre-order, as well as our website.

Do you offer payment installments?

Yes, we offer both Sezzle and Shop pay installments.

What if I ordered an in-stock item and pre-order item together?

If you purchase an in-stock item together with a pre-order item, your in-stock item will ship when the pre-order item is ready, unless you place separate orders.

If you would like your in-stock item shipped earlier, you can either:

  • Place a separate order for the in-stock item, or Contact our customer service team after purchase, and we can invoice you for separate shipping on that item..

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use UPS worldwide and USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. In-stock shipments made before 5pm CST, are shipped out the same day. For pre-order items, please note shipping occurs after the 5 week minimum production time.

Customs duties and fees, how do those work for international orders?

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. If a package is not picked up or the required fees are not paid, it may be returned to us. Please note that we do not provide refunds or re-ship orders that are returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once the carrier has scanned your order. Please contact the shipping carrier directly. Please also keep track of your shipment progress through the tracking numbers that are in your profile and sent by email.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Can I exchange for a different color or size?

Yes, as long as the item was an in-stock item and is shipped back and received within our14-time frame. However please note, we do not hold items, until we have been notified your return is on the way back to us. We also can exchange items based on the size and colors available.

Store Credit

What can I use my store credit on?

You can use your store credit on any in-stock or sale item. Please note that store credit cannot be combined with discount codes — it will not apply if a discount code is entered at checkout or if the item requires a code. Store credits also cannot be used on pre-order items.

When will I receive my store credit?

Store credit is issued after your return is processed and inspected. It is valid for 5 months from the issue date. Store credits are sent to the email you have on file and the email used on that order.

How long is my store credit good for?

Store credit is valid for 5 months from the date it is issued. Unused credit will automatically expire after this period.

Can I return or exchange if I bought with my store credit?

Items purchased with store credits are final sale.

Payments and Discounts

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount can be used with an order.

Can I return or exchange my item if I used a discount or bought a sale item?

All items listed as sale, pre-order or anything used with a discount code or marked-down are final sale.

Can I use store credit with a discount code?

No — store credit cannot be combined with discount codes.
