Processing Times

For all in-stock items (not listed as pre-order or pre-sale), orders placed before 5 PM CST are typically shipped the same day.

During peak times or for operational needs, please allow up to 3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-Orders & Pre-Sales

Pre-order and pre-sale items have a minimum production time of 3–5 weeks (unless otherwise stated). This timeframe begins after the close date of the sale.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available, unless separate orders are placed.

Pre-orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are accepted unless there is a factory defect. Incorrect sizing, rips, or wear and tear are not considered defects.

If a pre-order is cancelled before shipment (exceptions only), an $8.75 restocking fee will be deducted.
Shipping & Carriers

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from our shipping app, Endicia. Your tracking number is also provided on your confirmation order page, and customer profile. As well as, an app using SHOP. Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout.

First Class packages (under 1 lb) may experience delays or missed scans in transit. Please track directly with USPS, as we have no additional visibility beyond the tracking number.

Peached by Nellie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and service. Combining multiple orders typically results in the same cost as shipping separately; therefore, combined shipping cannot be guaranteed.
International Orders

We highly recommend UPS International for packages under 2 lbs due to speed and reliability. USPS First Class International can take up to six weeks during peak times.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay your country’s duties or taxes, or fail to pick up your package from customs, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges

All exchanges/returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with active discount codes. Please choose either free shipping or a discount code at checkout.
Payment Plans (Sezzle, ShopPay, PayPal)

If purchasing a pre-order with Sezzle or another installment plan, you may be charged several or all payments before receiving your item. These timelines are set by the provider, not Peached by Nellie.

Disputing a pre-order payment because your item has not yet shipped is not valid, as pre-order terms are agreed to at purchase.
