Refund policy

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns received after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Final Sale

  • Final sale, no returns/exchanges for: sale/clearance items, items marked Final Sale, sample sale items, pre-orders/pre-sales, white garments, thongs, gift cards, items purchased with a discount code or store credit, and any “compare-at” or already discounted items.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, original packaging, and free of deodorant/makeup/residue, scents, damage, or alterations.

  • You must provide the order number/receipt.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Email peachedbynellie@gmail.com to request approval. All returns require prior notification and approval.

  • Items shipped back without prior approval will not be accepted or returned.

Prepaid Return Labels (When Issued)

  • If we issue a prepaid USPS label, it must be printed and used within the 14-day window.

  • If there is any issue receiving/printing a label, notify us immediately so we can assist/resend.

  • Unused prepaid labels may be deducted from any applicable refund as part of return handling.

Independent Returns (If You Ship Yourself)

  • You must contact us first to receive the correct return address.

  • You are responsible for entering the full and correct address (including suite/box number).

  • We cannot guarantee delivery or processing of returns with incomplete/incorrect addressing or shipped without authorization.

Exchanges

  • To hold an exchange, email us the return tracking. We will confirm availability after the original item is in transit and meets condition requirements.

  • If the requested size/item is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the item value.

  • Exchanges must be of equal value.

  • A 10% restocking/handling fee may apply to returns for store credit.

  • Store credit is valid for 5 months from the date it is issued. Unused credit will automatically expire after this period.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for factory defects/oversold items, or as otherwise approved after inspection.

  • When approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (payment providers may take additional time).

  • Refunds may include deductions for return handling, including unused prepaid label cost and non-compliance with the return policy.

  • Installment providers (Sezzle, Shop Pay, PayPal) have their own timelines/policies.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Daily wear and tear

    • Seam pulls/snags caused by fingernails or jewelry

    • Damage due to washing, improper care, or previously worn items
