Shipping policy

 

For all in-stock items, not listed as pre-sale or pre-order, we have a  3-day processing time, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order or pre-sale items ship after a minimum of 3-5 weeks, excluding holidays and weekends after the close date of those sales. All exchanges/returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please see our returns tab for more information on returns and exchanges. Free shipping cannot be combined with active discount codes on our website. Please choose either free shipping or the discount code given on the site. 

The confirmation email you receive at purchase is only a confirmation; not a shipping notice. You will be emailed a tracking number from our shipping app, Endicia, when your order ships, so please include your correct email when placing your order. Please track your package and be aware of when it is expected to arrive.

First class packages (those under one pound) are often delayed or not scanned in transit. Please do not email Peached by Nellie asking for the status of your package. We have no more information than what is in the tracking number. We have no way to speak to anyone at USPS regarding your package. Peached by Nellie is not responsible for packages once they are placed with the carrier, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For international orders, we highly recommend USPS Priority International or UPS shipping. Although expensive, you will receive your order much sooner. First class international shipping can take up to six weeks, especially during peak times.

We understand wanting to save on shipping. Shipping is charged by weight and type of service. Therefore the shipping cost for combining several orders works out to within a few pennies of shipping several individual orders. We do try to combine shipping, but we just don't have an easy way to modify/merge orders within our system, and it can become confusing verifying a tracking number for an order if it in fact ships with another order.

We have a 3 day processing time prior to any shipment, this does not include weekends or holidays. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for those not delivered within specified timeframes. Once the package is mailed we have no control over shipping and it is the carrier’s responsibility to meet guaranteed shipping times.

We highly recommend UPS for international packages under 2 pounds due to their reliability. Customers have experienced significant delays using USPS. We cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages.

All pre-orders are at least a 5 week minimum production, unless stated otherwise. This means it takes at least 5 weeks to make your item. That time frame starts at the close of the pre-order, which Nellie specifies. Changes cannot be made to pre- orders once the pre-order closes. In-stock item purchases, that included pre-order items, are shipped when the pre-order item is complete. If you would like your in-stock item first, please place two different orders. Please note, store credits cannot be used on pre-order or pre-sale items. 

Pre-orders are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges on pre-order items unless there is a factory defect in the garment. Rips or tears due to incorrect sizing are not considered a factory defect. The confirmation email you receive at purchase is only a confirmation; not a shipping notice. If you use Sezzle to pay for your pre order, understand you may be charged several, or all, payments prior to receiving your item, per Sezzle's terms and conditions. Sezzle terms and conditions are in no way connected to Peached by Nellie. Disputing a charge on a pre-order because you have not received your item is illegal, as you agree to pre- order terms and conditions when purchasing a pre order item. Pre-orders after purchase are final sale. This was agreed to in the terms and conditions. It is up to the customer to make themselves aware of pre-order guidelines. If a pre-order is cancelled before shipment, with exceptions made, there will be a $8.75 restocking fee deducted.
